I’ve always believed that at the heart of every successful service is a genuine desire to help others. My journey into customer success began with a deep-seated passion for supporting families through the complexities of digital health. With experience across various roles in telehealth and early childhood development, I dedicate myself to ensuring clients receive meaningful guidance tailored to their unique needs.

As the founder of Ross Valley Sleep Consulting and as a Customer Success Specialist at Maven Clinic, I have worked with countless families. One of my proudest moments was managing a case load of over 12 families at Mt. Hood Community College where I implemented personalized tracking systems that greatly improved resource navigation for those families. This hands-on experience has reinforced my belief that every family deserves access to specialized support that empowers them.

In my current role at Maven Clinic, I deliver virtual consultations to a global audience, focusing on building strong relationships that drive engagement and retention. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how personalized sleep plans can transform lives—helping parents find peace while ensuring their children thrive.

I’m also passionate about writing and have previously crafted engaging content focused on wellness and parenting. It’s fascinating how storytelling can connect us all. I strive to create an impact, whether it’s through words or one-on-one interactions with clients. 

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering in community programs centered around child development. I believe sharing knowledge is vital—whether it’s through workshops or casual conversations over coffee—and it fuels my drive to make a difference.
